JAEDALS Pre-Order & Custom Order Policy
At JAEDALS, many of our collections are available on a pre-order basis. This allows us to produce more responsibly, minimise waste and create meaningful employment opportunities for the underprivileged women who lovingly craft every pair.
As each pre-order is made especially for you, please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a pair before it is produced or restocked. Estimated delivery timelines will be stated on each product page. While we strive to meet these timelines, production and shipping schedules may occasionally vary.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time your pre-order is placed. Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Cancellations
As production begins once your order is confirmed, all pre-orders are final.
We are unable to accept cancellations, changes of mind or requests to amend your order after it has been placed.
Exchanges & Refunds
As every pre-order is made specifically for you, pre-order items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected
- Change of colour or style preference
- Incorrect quantity ordered
Please ensure you have selected the correct size before completing your purchase. If you are unsure, our team is always happy to assist before you place your order.
Customised & Personalised Orders
All customised or personalised JAEDALS products are specially created based on your selection.
As these items cannot be resold, they are not eligible for cancellation, refunds or exchanges.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or if we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@jaedals.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the fault or incorrect item
Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery dates provided for pre-orders are intended as a guide. While we will always do our best to meet these timelines, production, customs clearance and shipping delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding should this happen.
