Where are our shoes made from?
Jaedals are proudly designed in Singapore and ethically handcrafted with the help of low-income women in Singapore. We aim to create social impact through our production process.
What are our shoes made of?
Jaedals are made from lightweight, durable materials including waterproof EVA soles, anti-slip rubber, and high-quality fabrics to ensure comfort and style.
How long do they last? How do I look after them?
Jaedals are designed for durability and can last for years with proper care. To maintain them:
- Gently hand wash with mild soap and water and towel dry + sun/air dry it immediately.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent discoloration.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Do you provide repair service?
Yes, we offer velcro replacement service. These repairs are carried out by low-income women in Singapore as part of our social enterprise initiative.

Could there be differences between what I received and what I see online and social media posts?
Please note that there may be slight differences between the actual product and what you see in the pictures due to photography lighting. Additionally, as each pair of JaeDals is lovingly hand produced, minor variations are part of what makes them unique and special.

The Product I want is out of stock, will it be restocked?
If the product you’re looking for is out of stock, we recommend clicking the “Notify me when available” button on our website to receive updates when it’s restocked. Alternatively, feel free to contact us directly—we’d be happy to check if a custom-made option is available for you.

Where do i find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email sent to you after your purchase. If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder, or contact us for assistance.

Sizing
Will the same size in different materials fit differently?
Yes, slight differences may occur due to the varying flexibility of materials. If you’re in doubt, feel free to reach out to us for specific sizing advice.
Should I size it up for it to be more comfortable?
Jaedals are designed to fit true to size. However, if you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort
Do jaedals fit when my feet have bunions?
Yes, Jaedals are designed with adjustable straps for a custom fit, making them a great option for customers with bunions.
If I have one foot bigger than the other, what should I do?
We recommend sizing based on your larger foot and using adjustable straps to customize the fit for the smaller foot.

what if the style or size is not available online do the physical store have it?

How much is the delivery fee?
Local Delivery will be $5 takes 2-3 working days ( Might affect during holiday season)
Urgent same day Local Delivery (Orders before 1pm) will be $20
Can my order be shipped aboard?
Yes, for international orders or addresses, shipping fee and duration will be calculated according to the location.
If I got the wrong size/ I dont like the design can I return or exchange?
Please inform us as soon as possible within 14 days of purchase. You can message us directly, and we’ll assist you with the return or exchange process. For Sales or Custom-made Order , no return or exchange will be allowed.
Return & Refund
Money Back Guarantee? Can sales items be exchanged?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items. All sale item purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Will my delivery cost be refunded?
If the shoes are returned in unworn condition or due to special circumstances, we will refund all costs, including the delivery fee.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Refunds for credit card payments typically take 2–3 working days to process.
What should I do when I receive the wrong product?
Please inform us as soon as possible within 14 days of purchase. You can message us directly with your order no, and we’ll assist you with the return or exchange process.
How long do I have to return my shoes?
We offer a 14-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in unworn, unused, and original condition.
