Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email. Kindly note that order processing and shipping times may increase due to high volume of orders during promotional periods. 

JaeDals only ships on business days Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Local Delivery (Within Singapore):

Delivery fee of SGD $5 will be applicable for all orders below SGD $190. 

We offer free Local Shipping for orders over SGD $190 within Singapore

Singapore orders are shipped via our selected courier service, SingPost Express. Local orders are delivered within 1-2 business days after dispatch

Urgent Same-Day Delivery (Within Singapore):

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) can enjoy same-day delivery at a flat rate of SGD $25 per delivery.

Malaysia Delivery:

Delivery fee of MYR 40 will be applicable for all orders within Malaysia. 

Orders within Malaysia are shipped via our chosen courier service. Orders are delivered within 1-3 weeks after dispatched.  

Please note: Orders above MYR 500 may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. JaeDals ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, and customers are responsible for any applicable fees.

International Delivery:

Delivery fee of SGD $60 will be applicable for all international delivery 

International orders are shipped via our chosen courier service. Orders are delivered within 1-3 weeks after dispatched. 

For international orders, customers may be responsible for import duties and taxes upon delivery. Retailers often ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning these charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the recipient.
