Local Delivery (Within Singapore):

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed the next business day.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery times range from 2-3 working days from the order date.
• Shipping Costs: A flat rate of SGD $5.50 will be applicable for all delivery within Singapore. We offer free standard shipping for orders over SGD $250. 
• Delivery Service: Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff time on Fridays or over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.
• Urgent Same-Day Delivery:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) can enjoy same-day delivery at a flat rate of SGD $25 per delivery.

Malaysia Delivery:

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery times range from 4–6 working days.
• Shipping Costs: MYR 50.00 will be applicable for all deliveries within Malaysia.

Please note: Orders above MYR 500 may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. JaeDals ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, and customers are responsible for any applicable fees.

International Delivery:

• Shipping Costs: Varies by destination and order size. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Typically, the cost ranges from SGD $20 to $50, depending on the country or region.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and can range from 1 to 2 weeks. 
• Customs and Import Taxes: For orders shipped outside of Singapore, customers may be responsible for import duties and taxes upon delivery. Retailers often ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning these charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the recipient.
• Order Tracking: Customers receive tracking information via email once their order has been dispatched, allowing them to monitor the shipment's progress.
