JAEDALS Return & Refund Policy

At JAEDALS, we want you to love your sandals. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange, subject to the terms below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

  • Be unworn and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging and tags.
  • Not show any signs of wear, damage or alteration.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or preference.

Approved returns will be issued as:

  • An exchange for another size or colour (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit if your preferred replacement is unavailable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Items that have been worn, used or damaged after delivery.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess it and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Request an Exchange

Please email us at info@jaedals.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The reason for your exchange request
  • Photos (if the item is faulty or incorrect)
