JAEDALS Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with JAEDALS. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During new launches, restocks or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Singapore Delivery
- Standard Shipping: S$5 for orders below S$190
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders S$190 and above
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Same-Day Delivery
Need your JAEDALS sooner?
We offer same-day delivery within Singapore for S$25 per order.
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (Singapore Time).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next available business day.
- Same-day delivery is available on business days only and excludes weekends and public holidays.
Malaysia Delivery
- Flat shipping fee: MYR40
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply.
International Delivery
- Flat shipping fee: S$60
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks after dispatch.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Shipping Delays
While we work with trusted delivery partners, shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, adverse weather or peak shipping periods.
