Please ensure you are ordering the correct size. We strongly recommend visiting our store to try on JaeDals before customising, as we do not accept size-related returns or exchanges once your order has been placed.

3. Processing Time

Pre orders can take 1-4 weeks, especially during peak periods or high demand. Each pair is carefully handcrafted, and we appreciate your patience while we create something unique for you.

4. Pricing

All Pre Order JaeDals are charged at the original price, even if the item is on sale. Discounts or promotions do not apply to Pre Order products.

5. Design Availability

Not all JaeDals designs are eligible for Pre Order. Please check with us beforehand to confirm if the style you want is available for Pre Order.
