All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive your tracking link via email. Please note that processing and shipping times may increase due to high order volume during promotional periods.

JaeDals only ships on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Malaysia Delivery & Fees

All our deliveries are handled by POS Malaysia / POS Laju.

• West Malaysia — RM6.00, delivered within 3 to 5 business days
• East Malaysia — RM13.50, delivered within 5 to 7 business days
