What we accept
We'll accept a return, exchange or refund if:
- You received the wrong item
- Wrong size, or you've changed your mind on size
- Change of design or colour
- An item is missing from your order
- It arrived defective or damaged — we recommend filming your unboxing as evidence
To be eligible, your sandals must be:
- Unworn outdoors, with original tags still attached
- Free of dirt, stains, scratches or any damage marks
- Free of any torn, broken or damaged parts
- Returned with original packaging and ribbons (if included)
- In the same condition as when you received them
Please note: Sale & pre-order items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
All returned sandals are inspected by our team on arrival. If a return doesn't meet these conditions, we may be unable to process the refund or exchange.
How a return or exchange works

We'll send your return airway bill
Our team sends you a Pos Malaysia return airway bill to print and attach to your parcel.
Choose how to send it back
Home pick-up — tell us your preferred date; a Pos Laju rider will call to confirm and collect your parcel. Or drop it off yourself at your nearest Pos Malaysia branch.
We process your return
Once your parcel is collected or dropped off, processing takes 3–5 business days.
Exchange or refund
Exchanges — your new pair ships as soon as it's processed. Refunds — once your sandals pass inspection, we refund your original payment method in full.
